5 Post Workout Smoothies you need

There’s no better way to end your intense workout session than by sipping on a well-deserved, tasty smoothie. We’ve curated a list of Team Inava Pavani’s favorite smoothie recipes to ensure you nourish your body with the best of the best! These smoothies serve as a good energy-booster and are an easy way to increase your daily fruit and veggie intake – plus they’re all vegan. 


1.Busy Gal Detox (because we know you’ve got a packed schedule) 

~ handful of baby spinach 

~ 1 cup of frozen blueberries 

~ a couple of mint leaves 

~ ½ an avocado 

~ blend with 1 cup of almond milk 

2.Doctor Green (the classic green smoothie everyone needs in their life) 

~ handful of baby spinach 

~ 1 baby cucumber (or ¼ of a regular cucumber) 

~ a couple of mint leaves 

~ a few basil leaves 

~ ½ an avocado 

~ ½ a frozen banana 

~ 1 cup of frozen mango chunks 

~ blend with 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice 

3.Chocolate Crave (for when you want to treat yourself) 

~ 1 frozen banana 

~ 2 dates 

~ 1 tbs of raw cacao powder 

~ 1 tbs of vanilla extract 

~ 1 tbs of almond butter 

~ blend with 1 cup of almond milk 

4.Mango Mania (if you need something refreshing) 

~ 1 cup of frozen mango 

~ 3 pineapple slices 

~ a couple of mint leaves

~ 2 tbs of freshly squeezed lime 

~ blend with 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice

5.Berry Blast (Packed with Antioxidants)

~ ½ a frozen banana 

~ 2 dates  

~ ½ cup of strawberries 

~ ½ cup of raspberries

~ ½ cup of blueberries 

~ blend with 1 cup of almond milk 



* Feel free to customize your own: add protein powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds and flax seeds for extras or opt for regular milk or yogurt if not vegan and dairy free.
