WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do offer refunds and exchanges on our product.
However, Please note that we may be unable to refund return shipping costs.
For defected or faulty items, Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date within Asia and 21 days for international returns. They must be unused and with tags attached along with our Inava Pavani branded boxes as they are a part of the product and must be returned along with the goods. The product(s) must be delivered back to us in an undamaged state. Returns that are soiled will not be accepted and may be returned back to the customer and/or with a possibility of a refund being refused.
TO MAKE RETURNS:
You must contact our returns team at firstname.lastname@example.org , the return team will then provide you with a returns reference number, please quote that reference when returning the item. Please ensure you also use a service that provides a tracking number for us to track the returns. Once the item has been sent please email the tracking number to email@example.com
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM?
Inava Pavani can offer you a refund unless you prefer receiving a replacement or exchange.
We offer both standard and express shipping at checkouts relative to your country location/zone and number of packages.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse located near Bangkok, Thailand and are generally delivered within 7-14 days with standard shipping or 5-7 business days with express shipping.
If your product is delayed it may be due to customs and/or couriers that may potentially impact the timeframe of product delivery.
CAN I TRACK IT?
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
